Superhuman in Porto is seeking a Software Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-native productivity, specifically the agent platform where multiple AI agents collaborate to solve complex user problems. The ideal candidate is excited by LLMs, experiences with agents and AI workflows, and brings strong product sense alongside engineering skills.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role on a foundational team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with Productivity apps and how AI interacts with those.
• Experience exploring or building with agents, skills, and AI workflows.
• Genuinely excited about what is possible with LLMs today, using them as building blocks for intelligent tools and products.
• Experience with machine learning and understanding of how LLMs work and how they have evolved.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance and to collaborate across teams.

• Build a groundbreaking AI Agent Platform within the Superhuman Docs product, orchestrating core routing and planning systems.
