Superhuman is hiring an AI Engineer in Porto to help build the next generation of AI-native productivity. You will work on the agent platform where multiple AI agents collaborate to solve user problems, with a strong focus on LLMs and cutting-edge AI workflows.

The role offers a high-autonomy environment, hybrid work mix, and opportunities to deploy ML models, optimize search ranking, and deliver proactive suggestions at scale.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of industry experience as a machine learning engineer or applied research scientist.
• A deep understanding of ML algorithms, NLP, and LLMs.
• Experience building LLM-based products.
• A deep care about the end-user experience and high quality.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks across projects, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• MS/PhD in Computer Science is nice-to-have.
