• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 4+ years of server-side Java/Kotlin web apps.

• Strong CS fundamentals: Big-O, data structures, algorithms.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Relational DB experience: PostgreSQL or MySQL; schema design and tuning.
• Proven experience building scalable distributed systems.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, Cassandra, Kafka.
• Excellent Java concurrency understanding.

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering;
• 4+ years of experience in server-side development of commercial web applications in Java and/or Kotlin;
• 4+ years of experience in commercial software development on TypeScript with React
• Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including Big-O notation, Basic data structures and Algorithms;
• Strong skills in REST/GraphQL APIs;
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design, performance tuning, and writing complex queries;
• Proven experience building highly scalable distributed systems;
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Cassandra, Kafka;
• Excellent understanding of Java concurrency;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Experience with Jira, and other Atlassian tools;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical decisions;
