Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon seeks an operational excellence specialist to lead process improvements across Fulfilment, from discovery to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will map current fulfilment processes across warehousing, delivery and returns, drive standardisation across European markets and develop SOPs to support continuous improvement.

Qualificações

  • 5+ years in Operational Excellence, Process Management or related operational roles.
  • Experience mapping and redesign in logistics, supply chain or operations environments.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, BPMN or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with process automation and data tools such as Make, Python, SQL or Tableau is a plus.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead operational excellence initiatives across Fulfilment, driving process improvement, standardization, and automation projects from discovery through implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Fulfilment, Customer Excellence, Tech, Data and others to design and implement processes that improve operational performance and customer experience.
  • Map and analyse existing fulfilment processes across warehousing, delivery, returns, and order management, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for harmonisation and standardisation across European markets, translating findings into business cases for prioritisation.
  • Manage multiple process improvement projects simultaneously with clear scope, stakeholder alignment, timely execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop SOPs and process maps to support operational consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, align priorities and support change adoption.
  • Support Tech teams in understanding operational workflows and contribute to solution design.
  • Drive process automation initiatives by identifying repetitive manual activities and collaborating with technical teams to implement scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead operational excellence initiatives across Fulfilment, driving process improvement, standardization, and automation projects from discovery through implementation.

  • Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOP), and process maps to support operational consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops, process discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, align priorities and support change adoption.
  • Support Tech teams in understanding operational workflows and contribute to solution design.
  • Drive process automation initiatives by identifying repetitive manual activities and collaborating with technical teams to implement scalable solutions.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Project Management or related operational roles, with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in process mapping, redesign and cross‑functional improvement initiatives within logistics, supply chain or operations environments, including warehousing, delivery, returns and order management.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills, with ability to identify root causes and translate complex challenges into practical solutions.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with people from different backgrounds and experience levels, and aligns teams around improvements.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, BPMN or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with process automation and data tools such as Make, Python, SQL or Tableau is a plus.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
