Qualificações

• Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.
• Passion for customer service and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with guests and colleagues from different departments.
• Well-presented, organised, proactive, dynamic and versatile.
• Availability and flexibility to work different schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Handle guest complaints, suggestions and special requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and collect guest feedback.
• Promote a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure excellent guest service.
