CloserHire is recruiting a French-speaking Customer Travel Advisor to join an international business travel project in Porto, Portugal. You will assist business travelers with travel arrangements, answering questions in French and English while ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Requires native-level French and 2+ years in customer service, preferably in travel or hospitality. The role offers relocation support, accommodation, and a 14-salary annual structure in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in French.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Diploma or 12th grade equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
• Assist business travelers with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel arrangements.
• Provide accurate information about travel services, destinations, and policies.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast issue resolution.
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Deliver a professional and personalized customer experience in every interaction.
