Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a French Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our Sofia-based team. You will provide expert support to French-speaking clients, analyze issues, and deliver professional technical or service solutions on-site in Bulgaria.

Relocation assistance is provided, along with fully paid training, a monthly salary, health insurance, a signing bonus of €1,500, and a generous performance bonus structure linked to team targets.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a background or interest in Customer Support Services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude toward client engagement.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced international office environment in Sofia.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level assistance to French-speaking clients as part of our specialized Customer Support Services team.
• Analyze client issues to provide accurate, efficient, and professional technical or service solutions.
