Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Learning Support Officer (French speaker) to provide administrative support for training programs and ensure high client satisfaction. The role involves coordinating tasks, preparing materials, and communicating with participants and training managers.

You will collaborate with training managers, internal trainers, and learners to deliver learning programs and monitor KPIs, maintaining accurate records for reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field required.
• Fluent in French is mandatory; English level at least B1.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for training and learning programs with a focus on client satisfaction (learners and training managers).
• Report on activities and KPIs.
• Coordinate administrative tasks for training programs (scheduling, materials, participant communications).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of learning programs and meet client expectations.
