Foundever in Lisbon is seeking a talented French Trainer to assess training needs, design curricula, deliver learning materials, and manage all phases of training interventions. You will measure effectiveness, adapt programs, onboard new hires, and collaborate with clients to ensure alignment with KPIs across shifts.

Native French and advanced English are required; strong organizational and cross-cultural communication skills are essential for this on-site role in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Native level of French is mandatory.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience or training in coaching or teaching is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
• Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
• Build an annual training program and prepare teaching plans.
• Develop training roadmap/modules and instructional materials.
• Deliver content through various channels and monitor quality results.
• Onboard new hires and conduct orientation sessions.
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs to KPIs.
