Natixis in Portugal seeks a proactive Junior Talent Acquisition Officer (French speaker) to own end-to-end recruitment for interns, trainees and other early careers. You will build strong pipelines, screen candidates, and partner with managers and external partners.

You will manage job descriptions, conduct interviews, and support assessments and onboarding in a collaborative, multicultural team.

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) and good level of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a multicultural / distributed team.
• Willingness to learn and evolve.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in building candidate pipelines for Talent Management and Diversity.
• Attract candidates via databases and social media for roles at all levels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align role profiles and briefs.
• Develop and update clear job descriptions and specifications.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and validate candidate fit.
• Support structured feedback and assessment activities.
• Coordinate administrative tasks and onboarding support.
