Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Junior Technical Support Specialist for a remote role with quarterly visits to Porto, Portugal. You will troubleshoot basic technical issues for French-speaking customers and use SQL basics to query data and investigate problems.

The ideal candidate has native-level French, at least B2 English, and a proactive attitude to learn new tools in an international setting.

Qualificações

The position is remote, with the requirement to attend the client's office in Porto, Portugal, once per quarter.
