Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in insulin delivery to recruit a French-speaking Junior O2C Specialist in Porto, Portugal. You will support end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including order management, invoicing, collections follow-ups, and reconciliations.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract, on-site work, 14 monthly salaries (gross), relocation support, and a modern Porto office with health coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Receivable, O2C, or Finance operations experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly via email and other inquiries; generate invoices and credit notes; perform daily cash applications; monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices; assist in reconciliations and month-end/quarter-end closing; maintain customer master data in ERP.
