CloserHire is seeking a French-speaking Junior O2C Specialist in Porto, Portugal, to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in healthcare finance operations. The role focuses on order management, invoicing, and collections, with growth opportunities in global O2C processes.

Required: 6 months of AR/O2C/finance experience, Bachelor’s in Finance, and languages French (C1) and English (C1). Relocation assistance and a 14-salary compensation structure are included.

Qualifications

• Receivable, O2C, or Finance operations experience (2–5 years is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables are preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) is an advantage.
• Fluent in French (C1) and good English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly via email and other inquiries. Generate invoices and credit notes ensuring compliance with company policies. Perform daily cash applications for customer payments. Monitor AR aging reports, follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices, and assist in resolving billing issues.

What we're looking for

Salary

€1,440 per month × 14 salaries (gross)

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
