SBM Offshore is seeking an HR Administration Officer (French Speaker) in Porto, Portugal. You will handle transactional HR activities from hiring to termination for employees, manage records in HRIS, and support onboarding and data integrity across HR processes.

The role requires 0–3 years in HR, strong communication, English proficiency, and a proactive, organized mindset. On-site position with close collaboration across IT, Facilities, HSSE and HR teams.

Qualificações

• 0–3 years of experience in HR generalist roles
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be a plus
• Good English level
• Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities
• Proactive, confident and hands-on approach
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality performance
• Capacity to share complete and accurate information

Responsabilidades

• Provide a wide range of general administrative tasks to support the HR Department
• Create and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
• Prepare and maintain records of contracts, assignments, and performance data
• Organise and facilitate onboarding for new employees
• Support HR Business Partners with data entries in HRIS
• Deliver and collect required employee documents
• Be HRIS User Champion to ensure data quality
• Assist with internal and external HR inquiries (Service Desk Level 2)
