Heerema Marine Contractors in Porto seeks an organized HR Officer to support day-to-day HR administration and local processes. You will act as a key contact for employees, managers and external providers, helping to set up and structure HR routines in a growing Porto office.

In this role you collaborate with international HR colleagues, ensure compliance with Portuguese labour legislation, and contribute to smooth onboarding and office operations in a hands-on, proactive environment.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in HR support, HR officer, or HR administration.
• Excellent communication in Portuguese and English.
• Understanding of Portuguese labour legislation or willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience with payroll processes and external providers.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first HR contact for employees and managers in Portugal.
• Support onboarding, contracts, mutations, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR administration and documentation.
• Coordinate with payroll and external HR service providers.
• Help set up HR processes and office policies for Porto.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
