Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role focuses on delivering high-quality back-office support for French-speaking players and resolving complex inquiries.

The position offers fully paid relocation, training, health insurance, and a monthly salary with performance bonus. Suitable candidates will have French fluency, EU passport, and a keen interest in Gaming & Esports.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Deep interest in Gaming & Esports industry and digital trends.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in administrative, back-office, or customer support roles is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve complex account inquiries and transaction issues for premium gaming clients
• Ensure high-quality back-office support for French-speaking players to maintain exceptional gaming standards
• Monitor and analyze gaming platform trends to proactively identify potential technical disruptions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall player experience within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem
• Adhere to strict data security and compliance protocols to safeguard player information
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows and internal documentation
• Assist with quality assurance testing for new game features and platform updates before regional deployment
