• Assist customers through phone, chat, and email with quick, clear solutions
• Support users with questions about their accounts, websites, or technical issues

• Share insights to help improve the customer experience continuously
• Work hand-in-hand with a diverse and collaborative global team

Who You Are:

• Fluent in both French and English (essential)
• Experienced or highly motivated to work in digital marketing and/or web design
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in expanding your digital know-how
• Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience is a bonus but not mandatory
• Available for full-time, on-site shifts in Lisbon, Monday to Friday, between 06:00 and 22:00 (rotating shifts)
• Enjoy your weekends off!
• Bonus: Early shift starting at 06:00? Weve got your Uber rides covered (up to 25)!
