BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Support professional to join a friendly, customer-driven team in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, delivering timely assistance and ensuring a smooth experience.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in customer support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and are eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work with relocation support and meal benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent French required (C1/C2) to handle inquiries from French-speaking customers.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer support or related role.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely, professional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address inquiries, account-related requests and concerns while meeting service standards.
• Offer accurate information, practical guidance, and effective solutions.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues per company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Meet KPIs related to service quality, productivity, response times, and satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on products and policies.
