You will respond to inquiries about accounts, products, services, and orders, provide accurate guidance, and keep precise records in internal systems.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and solution-oriented assistance.
• Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring a positive experience.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, and services with clear instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases following company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution and excellent service.
• Aim to achieve KPIs related to service quality, response times, and satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with products, policies, and best practices through training.
