Career Nest Academy is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Car Rental Division) in Porto, Portugal. You will provide personalized support in French and English, manage post-rental inquiries, and promote add-on services. The role is 100% on-site with a 6-month contract and relocation support for those moving from outside Portugal.

Shared accommodation is provided for up to 12 months, and interviews are underway. Monday–Friday shifts with weekends off optional depending on scheduling.

• Full professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• 1+ years in customer service or contact center preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify sales opportunities and recommend add-ons.

• Position: Customer Service Representative (Car Rental Division)
• Location: Porto, Portugal
• Work Type: 100% On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 18:00 (rotational daytime shifts)
• Days Off: Every Saturday and Sunday off
• Contract Type: 6-month contract

Compensation & Benefits Package:

• Gross Salary: €1,000 gross per month (paid over 14 months per year)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Comprehensive Relocation Support:
  • Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months for candidates moving from outside Portugal (detailed conditions discussed during the interview; flight tickets are not covered)
  • Dedicated on-the-ground support to help you settle smoothly into life in Porto

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding, personalized customer care via phone, email, and messaging platforms

Requirements:

• Full professional fluency / native level in French and English (both written and spoken)
• 1+ years of previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment (preferred)
