Horizonia in Lisbon is seeking French-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a dedicated team in Portugal’s sunny capital. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers feel heard, valued, and guided through their inquiries using clear, patient communication.

Required fluent French (C1/C2) and strong English (B2). You'll troubleshoot basic tech issues and own the resolution of customer queries, with relocation support available for those moving to Portugal.
