WW Talents is hiring a French-speaking Customer Advisor to join an international team in Portugal. You will provide high-quality support across phone, email, and chat, helping customers through multiple channels and delivering an excellent experience.

About the Role

As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will provide high-quality customer support, assisting customers through various communication channels while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Meet quality standards and performance targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent French (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.

• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Relocation & Support Package

We provide comprehensive relocation support to help you settle into your new life in Portugal.

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €1,240.67 per month
• Base Salary: €931.43
• Holiday Allowance: €77.62

• Meal Allowance: €7 per working day

With Company Accommodation

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €€1,040.66 per month
• Base Salary: €760.00
• Company Accommodation Benefit: €200.00
• Holiday Allowance: €63.33
• Christmas Allowance: €63.33
• Meal Allowance: €7.00 per working day
• Private Health Insurance from day one.
• Paid training

Accommodation is available for international candidates living more than 100 km from Lisbon.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Two days off per week (not necessarily consecutive).
• Rotational schedule based on business needs.
