Hexa Group is seeking a Mid Business Analyst to support business and data analysis activities in the banking sector, focusing on requirements gathering, functional specifications, SQL-based analysis, process improvement, testing support and documentation for financial services applications.

You will collaborate with business teams to translate needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams, write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis, and support data quality validation.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or data-oriented business consultant.
• Hands-on experience using SQL autonomously for data extraction, investigation and analysis.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into structured functional specifications.
• Professional working proficiency in French, with at least B2 level in written and spoken communication.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with business teams to understand challenges, gather requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate and analyze data to support business analysis and issue investigation.
• Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies or data gaps and support target process improvements.
• Participate in testing activities for new features, validating data and functional behavior via targeted SQL queries.
• Produce functional documentation, use cases, specification documents and user guides in French.
• Support deployment phases, ensuring clear communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily communication with French-speaking stakeholders in a structured and professional way.
