Job summary

act digital seeks a senior Business Analyst with 9+ years in analysis roles, strong SQL skills, and fluent French. You will gather business needs, translate requirements into precise specifications, and document processes from as-is to to-be.

The role requires data validation, functional testing, and clear French documentation for technical teams. You will collaborate across business units, analyze data for insights, and support deployment with stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL knowledge: SELECT, filters, joins, subqueries.
• Experience translating business needs into functional specs.
• Experience mapping as-is and to-be processes.
• Experience in functional testing and data validation.
• Proficient in creating functional docs (specs, use cases, guides).
• French proficiency at least B2; able to lead meetings and communicate with French-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to identify needs and gather requirements.
• Translate requirements into structured functional specifications for tech teams.
• Write SQL queries to extract, filter, join, and analyze data for business assessments.
• Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose to-be improvements.
• Participate in functional testing and validate data quality with SQL queries.
• Create and maintain functional documentation in French (specs, use cases, guides).
• Provide functional support during implementation and deployment of new solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with French-speaking stakeholders to ensure alignment.
