As an French -speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will work on a digital platform project combining customer-focused support, content quality and policy-based decision making.
You will review and assess content and user interactions according to established guidelines, ensuring that platform standards are consistently maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and evaluating content according to detailed policies and quality standards
Making objective and consistent decisions based on established guidelines
Applying your knowledge of the Hungarian market, language and cultural context
Identifying potential policy, quality or safety issues and escalating them when required
Maintaining a high level of accuracy while working with potentially large volumes of content
Supporting quality and safety standards across an international e-commerce environment
Handling peak workloads effectively, particularly during promotional and seasonal periods
Maintaining confidentiality and following all project, security and operational procedures
Contributing to a high-quality customer and user experience through careful, thoughtful decision-making
We are looking for someone who combines excellent French language skills with strong judgement and attention to detail.
You should have:
Native or highly proficient French
Good command of English for working in an international environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and critical-thinking abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to make rational, consistent decisions based on guidelines
Good understanding of Italian language, culture and local market nuances

Previous experience in customer service, content moderation, trust & safety, e-commerce, online platforms, quality assurance, BPO/contact centres or similar environments is highly relevant.
However, what matters most is your judgement, language expertise, attention to detail and ability to learn and consistently apply complex guidelines.
This is more than a standard customer service position. You will join an international operation where your Hungarian language and cultural expertise directly contribute to the quality, safety and user experience of a major digital platform.
You'll gain valuable experience in e-commerce, content quality, digital platforms and international operations while working alongside a multicultural team in Lisbon.
