Cross Border Talents is seeking a French Recruiter to join an energetic talent acquisition team in Lisbon. You will identify French-speaking candidates, conduct initial screening, and guide applicants through the hiring workflow.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and providing candidates with role details, contract terms, and relocation information. The position offers a 6-month contract with a 30-day trial and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level proficiency in French paired with fluent English skills.
• EU citizenship or an existing work permit for Portugal.
• Background in recruitment, human resources, agency staffing, or candidate selection.
• Strong communication skills and dynamic multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing French-speaking candidates and screening CVs.
• Conduct preliminary phone/video interviews for French-speaking roles.
• Provide candidates with detailed role expectations, contract terms, and relocation info.
• Guide applicants through the hiring workflow.
