Hexa People is seeking an LMS & Learning Reporting Specialist to operate SAP SuccessFactors Learning, keep data accurate, configure settings, and ensure accessible learning programs for employees.

You will build dashboards in Power BI and Excel, automate data extractions, produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports, and support audits while coordinating with the French Learning & Development team to ensure completeness and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in LMS administration, learning reporting or HR data analysis.
• Fluency in written and spoken French is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Administer the LMS daily: create courses, trainer profiles, learning providers and locations.
• Manage e-learning content, automated assignments and bulk uploads of learning histories.
• Design dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel; support GDPR compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual learning reports, including statutory reporting requirements.
• Assist users, train new system users and maintain clear procedures and documentation.
