In this full-time position, you will provide customer support for the French market through various channels including inbound calls and chat. The ideal candidate has prior experience in customer service, is fluent in French at a native level and possesses good English skills. Qualificações

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Support, or similar roles.
• Fluency in French (native/C1) and a good level of English.
• Experience in international environments is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back-office tasks.
• Provide customer support, issue resolution, and manage requests.

Conhecimentos

Customer Service experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
