Business Intelligence Sales Consultants in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for an AI-focused project. You will review, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated content to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance across languages.

Fluency in French and strong English, plus an interest in Generative AI, are essential. The role offers on-site Lisbon work, full-time hours, and opportunities to contribute to model improvement while working with an international team.

Qualificações

• Native-level French, written and spoken.
• Strong English (B2 or higher).
• Interest in Generative AI, LLMs and AI evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Review, evaluate, and annotate AI-generated content with high quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Label and annotate language model outputs with consistency and attention to detail.
• Assess content for quality, relevance, factual accuracy, safety, and policy compliance.
• Apply complex guidelines across diverse content types and scenarios.
• Identify inconsistencies and edge cases, escalate when needed.
• Review structured text and language data for evaluation.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data security requirements.
• Contribute to AI model improvement through evaluations and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve quality processes.
