Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a bilingual French-speaking Customer Service Advisor with strong English to join an international mobility brand. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, guiding customers through reservations and rental options, always aiming to resolve issues promptly and professionally.

What you will do

• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant additional services where appropriate.
• Support post-rental topics, including invoice- and damage-related queries.

What you will receive

• Gross salary: €1,000 per month.
• Meal allowance: €167.86, paid over 11 months.
• Monday-Friday rotational schedule within 07:00-18:00.
• Saturday and Sunday off.
