Cross Border Talents is hiring a French-speaking AI Content Quality Specialist in Lisbon to review digital content and AI outputs for safety, accuracy and compliance.

You will evaluate content, apply guidelines, and record findings using AI evaluation platforms and digital tools. The role requires native French, strong written communication, and readiness for 24/7 rotating shifts.

Formación

• Native-level French and excellent written communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level; B2+ or C1 preferred.
• Experience with AI annotation and evaluation platforms; previous AI data annotation experience.

About the Role

We are hiring a French-speaking AI Content Quality Specialist to review digital content and AI-generated outputs, helping ensure safety, accuracy and compliance. The role is suited to candidates with excellent written French, confidence using digital tools and an interest in generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate digital content and AI-generated responses.
• Assess content for quality, safety and compliance with defined guidelines.
• Apply annotation and evaluation criteria accurately and consistently.
• Make quick, objective decisions and record relevant findings.
• Use AI evaluation platforms and digital tools in daily workflows.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards across rotating shifts.
• Native-level French and excellent written communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level; B2+ or C1 preferred.
• Strong understanding of or interest in generative AI.
• Experience with AI annotation and evaluation platforms; previous AI data annotation experience.
• Tech-savvy, accurate and comfortable making decisions quickly.
• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts and no planned holidays for the next six months.
• Completion of a mandatory SHL assessment.

€900-€950 gross/month (paid over 14 months; source salary: €930)

Location & Work Arrangement

On-site, Lisbon, Portugal

Working Schedule

Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, covering 24/7 operations; two rotating days off.

Relocation

Relocation support provided. Shared accommodation may be available for up to 12 months; utilities are included and €280 per month is deducted from salary.

Benefits

€7.63 net meal allowance per working day. A mandatory SHL assessment is required.
