Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking AI Content Quality Specialist to review digital content and AI outputs, ensuring safety, accuracy and compliance. The role is on-site in Lisbon, with rotating 24/7 shifts and relocation support.

You will assess content against guidelines, apply evaluation criteria, and record findings using AI annotation platforms. Strong written French and English (B2+) are essential, plus comfort with fast decision-making and digital tools.

• Completion of a mandatory SHL assessment.

About the Role

We are hiring a French-speaking AI Content Quality Specialist to review digital content and AI-generated outputs, helping ensure safety, accuracy and compliance. The role is suited to candidates with excellent written French, confidence using digital tools and an interest in generative AI.

• Use AI evaluation platforms and digital tools in daily workflows.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards across rotating shifts.

• Strong understanding of or interest in generative AI.
• Experience with AI annotation and evaluation platforms; previous AI data annotation experience.
• Tech-savvy, accurate and comfortable making decisions quickly.
• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts and no planned holidays for the next six months.
• Completion of a mandatory SHL assessment.

€900-€950 gross/month (paid over 14 months; source salary: €930)

Location & Work Arrangement

On-site, Lisbon, Portugal

Working Schedule

Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, covering 24/7 operations; two rotating days off.

Relocation

Relocation support provided. Shared accommodation may be available for up to 12 months; utilities are included and €280 per month is deducted from salary.

Benefits

€7.63 net meal allowance per working day. A mandatory SHL assessment is required.
