CB Talents in Braga, Portugal, is seeking a fluent French-speaking customer service agent for a hybrid role within a leading consumer credit platform. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, analyze needs, offer financing options, reassure callers, and build lasting relationships while adhering to Relational Excellence standards.

The 6-month contract runs Monday to Friday, with early mornings, weekends off; base salary €930/month paid over 14 months, plus €2,000 welcome bonus and €140 complexity
