Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking a French-speaking customer support advisor in Portugal. The role involves handling calls, processing requests through back-office channels, and identifying customer needs to offer the right solutions.

You’ll join a fast-growing energy project with contract from day one and paid training. Eligible candidates reside in Portugal, with rotating shifts 7 AM–7 PM from Monday to Saturday.

Formación

• Fluent French (C1/C2) required, written and spoken.
• Residing in Portugal.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Willing to rotate shifts Mon-Sat 7:00–19:00.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and support customers.

Monthly Gross Cash Compensation

Component Amount

Attendance bonus

Base salary €953 – €1,120 (depending on experience)

Productivity bonus (first 6 months, guaranteed) €100

Meal allowance (paid in cash, approx.) :€126

Total, months 1–6 €1,179 – €1,346

Total, from month 7 €1,079 – €1,246

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and support customers with their enquiries
• Process requests through back-office channels
• Identify customer needs and offer the right solution
• Handle objections and complaints professionally
• Support sales-related tasks, depending on project needs
• Work across different IT systems and digital tools

What We're Looking For

• French at C1/C2, written and spoken (mandatory)
• Already residing in Portugal
• Good computer skills
• Strong communication skills, customer-service mindset, proactive attitude
• Available for rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 7 AM and 7 PM
• Experience in customer service, call centre, sales, or advisory roles is a plus
