Job summary

CB Talents in Portugal is seeking a France-fluent customer support associate for an energy project. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, assist customers, and process requests using back-office systems.

Employment starts from day one with paid training and a clear growth path. There is potential for remote work after 3–4 months, subject to performance, along with a modern workplace and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• French at C1/C2, written and spoken (mandatory).
• Already residing in Portugal.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, customer-service mindset, proactive attitude.
• Available for rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 7 AM and 7 PM.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and support customers with their enquiries.
• Process requests through back-office channels.
• Identify customer needs and offer the right solution.
• Handle objections and complaints professionally.
• Support sales-related tasks, depending on project needs.
• Work across different IT systems and digital tools.

Productivity bonus (first 6 months, guaranteed) €100

What we’re looking for

• French at C1/C2, written and spoken (mandatory)
• Already residing in Portugal

• Strong communication skills, customer-service mindset, proactive attitude

• Experience in customer service, call centre, sales, or advisory roles is a plus
