Job summary

CB Talents in Portugal is seeking a customer support agent fluent in French to handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers in the energy sector. The role includes processing requests, identifying needs, and supporting sales tasks.

The position offers day-one employment, paid training, and opportunities for remote work after 3–4 months, with a modern workplace and team support.

Base salary €953 – €1,120 (depending on experience)

Productivity bonus (first 6 months, guaranteed) €100

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and support customers with their enquiries

• Support sales-related tasks, depending on project needs
• Work across different IT systems and digital tools

What we're looking for

• French at C1/C2, written and spoken (mandatory)
• Already residing in Portugal
• Good computer skills
• Strong communication skills, customer-service mindset, proactive attitude
• Available for rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 7 AM and 7 PM
• Experience in customer service, call centre, sales, or advisory roles is a plus
