Job summary

CB Talents is seeking a French-speaking customer support specialist in Portugal. You will handle calls, assist customers, process requests, and work across IT systems to resolve inquiries. The role offers a contract from day one with paid training and clear growth paths.

Requirements include French at C1/C2, residence in Portugal, good computer skills, and strong communication. Rotating shifts Mon–Sat, 7 AM–7 PM; potential remote work after 3–4 months based on performance.

Qualifications

• French at C1/C2, written and spoken.

• Willing to work rotating shifts Mon–Sat, 7:00–19:00.
• Experience in customer service, call centre, sales, or advisory roles is a plus.

• Process requests through back-office channels.
• Identify customer needs and offer the right solution.
• Handle objections and complaints professionally.
• Support sales-related tasks as needed.

Base salary €953 – €1,120 (depending on experience)

What we're looking for

• French at C1/C2, written and spoken (mandatory)
• Already residing in Portugal
• Good computer skills
• Strong communication skills, customer-service mindset, proactive attitude
• Available for rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 7 AM and 7 PM
• Experience in customer service, call centre, sales, or advisory roles is a plus
