Job summary

CB Talents is hiring a French-speaking customer support associate in Portugal. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and process requests across back-office channels while identifying needs and offering solutions.

The position offers paid training, an attendance bonus, and a potential for remote work after 3–4 months based on performance. Rotating shifts (Mon–Sat, 7 AM–7 PM) are required.

Base salary €953 – €1,120 (depending on experience)

Productivity bonus (first 6 months, guaranteed) €100

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• French at C1/C2, written and spoken (mandatory)
• Already residing in Portugal
• Good computer skills
• Strong communication skills, customer-service mindset, proactive attitude
• Available for rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 7 AM and 7 PM
• Experience in customer service, call centre, sales, or advisory roles is a plus
