Sitel Corp. in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a French Customer Advisor for a Global Casualwear Brand. You will provide first-contact customer support in French and English, handling inquiries by phone and written channels in a warm, professional manner.

You should be a native or fluent French speaker (C2) with strong English (C1), excellent communication, and a customer-first attitude. EU citizen or valid Portugal work permit is required; relocation or local candidates are welcome.

Qualificações

• Native or proficient level of French (C2).
• Advanced level of English (C1) both verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation, listening and writing abilities.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Desire to learn and grow; curious investigator and problem solver.
• Must have high-speed internet and suitable conditions for remote work.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal.
