• Share accurate and relevant information while adhering to internal guidelines, company policies, and established procedures.
• Assess customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions within the expected timeframe.
• Address customer questions, complaints, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Help customers navigate relevant systems, platforms, procedures, and available services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, actions taken, and case resolutions in internal systems.
• Recognize complex or sensitive situations and refer them to the relevant departments when appropriate.
• Work closely with internal teams to investigate customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Achieve defined KPIs covering customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, response times, and resolution efficiency.

Requirements:
