Cbtalents in Portugal is seeking a Customer Specialist to support customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels, handling orders, accounts, products, and services with care and accuracy.

You will collaborate with other teams, maintain records in internal systems, and stay updated on policies and procedures, while developing in the travel industry.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and practical problem solving.
• Customer oriented, proactive, organised, detail focused, and eager to learn.
• Motivation to develop professionally within the Travel industry.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share relevant feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep your knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.
