Formación

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver courteous, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Handle inquiries about accounts, products, services, orders, payments and other customer matters.
• Provide accurate information while following internal guidelines and policies.
• Assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions within expected timeframes.
• Manage customer questions, complaints, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers in navigating systems, platforms, and services.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant departments when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Aim for KPIs on customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, response times and resolution efficiency.
• Continue learning about offerings, procedures, and services through training.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver courteous, professional, and customer-focused assistance across phone, email, live chat, and other support channels.
• Respond to inquiries concerning accounts, products, services, orders, payments, and other customer-related matters.
• Share accurate and relevant information while adhering to internal guidelines, company policies, and established procedures.
• Assess customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions within the expected timeframe.
• Address customer questions, complaints, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Help customers navigate relevant systems, platforms, procedures, and available services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, actions taken, and case resolutions in internal systems.
• Recognize complex or sensitive situations and refer them to the relevant departments when appropriate.
• Work closely with internal teams to investigate customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Achieve defined KPIs covering customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, response times, and resolution efficiency.
• Continuously update your knowledge of company offerings, procedures, policies, and services through training and ongoing learning.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency:Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility:EU citizenshipor a validPortuguese residency card
• Experience:0–1 year in customer support or a related role is a plus
• Skills:Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
