You will communicate via phone, email and messaging, and identify sales opportunities by recommending additional services based on customer needs. On-site Porto role with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C2) and English (C2).
• Experience in customer service or contact centres is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to spot sales opportunities with customers.
