The role is on-site in Porto, with a 6-month contract. It includes a monthly gross salary paid over 14 months and a food allowance per working day, plus relocation support including shared accommodation for a limited period.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level French and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent, personalized service by phone, email and messaging.
• Answer questions from potential customers about car rental reservations and terms.
• Suggest additional services to meet customer needs.
• Support customers before, during and after the rental.
• Handle post-rental issues, including invoices and damages.
• Ensure timely, effective resolution of concerns, maintaining a high standard of professionalism in French and English.
