SIXT in Lisbon seeks a French-speaking Telesales Manager to lead a 3–5 agent Hunting team and drive new business growth. You will define outreach playbooks, coach for KPI-driven performance, and collaborate with AI-enabled tools to scale a European expansion.

Hybrid role in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the SME International Director. Strong leadership, B2B sales experience, and fluency in French are required to succeed. Experience with Salesforce, Genesys, and AWS is a plus.
