SIXT in Lisbon is seeking a French-speaking Telesales Manager to lead a 3–5 agent Hunting team and drive new business growth. You will define outreach playbooks, coach for KPI-driven performance, and collaborate with AI-enabled tools to scale a European expansion.

This hybrid role reports to the SME International Director and requires strong leadership, B2B sales experience, and fluency in French to succeed. Experience with Salesforce, Genesys, and AWS is a plus.
