Aptoide is seeking a proactive Fraud & Partnerships Coordinator to safeguard payment platforms and manage vital distribution channel relationships. You will monitor fraud patterns, resolve illicit transactions, and support partner growth in a collaborative team environment.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with a focus on morning availability, English proficiency, and cross-functional teamwork to drive secure, scalable partnerships globally.

Formación

• Pursuing an Information Management degree or a related Master’s is a plus.
• Ability to analyse and interpret user data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Demonstrated skill in meeting deadlines consistently.
• Willingness to collaborate with other teams.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Morning availability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor payment patterns to identify fraudulent activity.
• Resolve illicit transactions and disputes.
• Maintain daily case monitoring and documentation.
• Perform monthly reporting on disputes and chargeback trends.
• Support distribution partners and ensure partnerships run smoothly.
• Analyze partner performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Proactively resolve bottlenecks in partner processes.
