Retail Academy, based in Lisbon, is seeking a Launch Manager – France to drive franchising growth in Germany. You will lead partner identification, onboarding and expansion initiatives, coordinating across legal, real estate and marketing to ensure timely market entry.

The role requires fluent German and English, at least 2 years in franchise development or project leadership, and willingness to travel. You will work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and own projects from

Qualificações

• 2+ years in project/franchise development or similar role.
• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Availability to travel regularly.
• Experience in franchise development or store launches in Germany is a strong plus.
• Experience in business development, partnership management or lead generation is valued.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills with an empathetic approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and expansion of the franchise network in Germany.
• Develop and implement strategies to identify, attract and qualify new franchise partners.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the franchise development process.
• Build knowledge of the German market, competition and expansion opportunities.
• Develop and execute a strategic expansion plan covering legal, financial, operational and marketing aspects.
• Negotiate franchise agreements and build long-term partner relationships.
• Take ownership of projects from initial development through to completion.
• Contribute to the team with an entrepreneurial and leadership mindset.
