Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy, is assisting an international company based in Lisbon to appoint a Launch Manager – France. The role focuses on developing and expanding its franchise network in the French market and coordinating transitions from distributor to franchise model.

You will lead franchise development, identify partners, manage stakeholders, and travel regularly to execute strategy. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years in project or franchise development.
• Experience in business development or lead generation is valued.
• Experience in launching stores or networks is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and expansion of the franchise network in France.
• Manage transition of ~30 stores from distributor to franchise model.
• Identify, attract and qualify new franchise partners.
• Coordinate stakeholders including franchisees, distributors, and legal partners.
• Develop understanding of the French market and expansion opportunities.
• Execute a strategic plan covering legal, financial, operational, and marketing aspects.
• Lead negotiations with franchise partners for win-win agreements.
• Own projects from development to completion.
• Contribute to the international team with an entrepreneurial mindset.
