Flosum is seeking a Fractional Marketing Leader to own the enterprise pipeline end-to-end. This role is remote and part-time, reporting to the CEO, with a focus on building a scalable demand-generation engine for high-ACV accounts.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on doer who can write copy, run campaigns, and directly manage the current marketing team while shielding leadership from day-to-day noise.

Qualificações

• Must have proven scale in B2B SaaS environments.
• Must have enterprise pipeline generation experience.
• Hands-on leader who can write copy and execute campaigns.
• Strong GTM stack experience including automation and ABM.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise pipeline end-to-end.
• Lead and manage the marketing team.
• Design and optimize multi-channel demand gen programs for high-ACV accounts.
• Align with Sales and ABM playbooks.
• Deliver clear metrics on CAC, pipeline ROI.
